OVERVIEW
NURTURING STUDENTS TO BECOME CONFIDENT LEARNERS
At OTGS, we believe that meaningful learning begins with dedicated educators. Our academic team consists of qualified, experienced, and passionate teachers who are committed to shaping young minds with care, creativity, and a deep understanding of their individual needs. To ensure our educators stay at the forefront of teaching practices, we conduct regular in-house professional development programs. This culture of continuous learning not only enhances teaching standards but also reflects our commitment to excellence in education.
Our teachers do more than deliver lessons—they guide, inspire, and empower students to become confident, independent, and motivated learners. Through student-centered approaches and interactive methods, we create a learning environment that promotes curiosity, collaboration, and real-world application.
OTGS follows the curriculum prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Structured, comprehensive, and future-focused, the curriculum is designed to help students grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially. With a strong emphasis on applying knowledge, values-based learning, and integrated teaching methods, the CBSE framework aligns perfectly with our vision of nurturing well-rounded individuals.
In addition to academic rigor, we focus on developing essential life skills and fostering digital literacy. Students are encouraged to use technology meaningfully, engaging in research, analysis, and creative expression to prepare for the modern world. Our goal is to cultivate radiant thinkers—students who are ready to lead with purpose and innovation.
We also prioritize the physical development and well-being of every student. Children in the early years enjoy both indoor and outdoor play that supports their physical growth and social interaction. As they progress, students participate in structured physical education sessions each week, helping them build strength, coordination, and a lifelong love for movement. We believe that play is a powerful tool for learning and personal development.

OUR SCHOOL STRUCTURE
- Our campus spans over 7 acres of lush, green land, providing ample space for classrooms, sports fields, outdoor learning, and a wide range of extracurricular activities.
- OTGS is organized into four distinct phases: Pre-Primary (KG, LKG, UKG), Primary (Grades 1–5), Middle School (Grades 6–8), and Secondary School (Grades 9–10).
- Each class has a maximum of 40 students, ensuring that every child receives focused attention and personalized support. All classes are led by full-time teachers, creating a consistent and nurturing environment that supports academic growth and emotional well-being.
- Students remain with the same group from KG through UKG, building friendships and a strong classroom community. As they move into Primary, they are introduced to new peer groups, which helps them develop social adaptability and collaboration skills.
- The transition from Pre-Primary to Primary is marked with a convocation ceremony, celebrating the children's early learning journey as they step confidently into Grade 1.
RESOURCE ROOMS
At OTGS, we believe that learning spaces should inspire movement, engagement, and focus.
In addition to being taught by experienced and passionate faculty, students benefit from specialized rooms for Art, Drama, Music, and Theatre. These spaces are led by trained subject experts who create an enriching and hands-on learning experience. Our approach ensures that children not only receive academic instruction but also have opportunities to explore their creative and physical potential through well-planned, purpose-built environments.
SCHOOL LIFE
At OTGS, we believe that every child holds the potential for greatness. Our goal is to help students discover their strengths and inspire them to go beyond their own expectations. From the moment they enter the school each morning, students are welcomed with warm smiles, setting a peaceful tone for the day ahead. Each class is guided by a Class Teacher, who connects with students during circle time—offering space to reflect, interact, and build meaningful relationships at the start and close of each day.
We understand that real learning extends beyond textbooks. That’s why we offer a diverse range of experiences both inside and outside the classroom. Our school environment encourages exploration in academics, the arts, innovation, physical activity, and community engagement—nurturing well-rounded individuals.
Students participate in age-appropriate activities such as theatre, gardening, design thinking, artificial intelligence, creative arts, and community service initiatives. These programs enrich the curriculum and provide opportunities for self-expression, teamwork, and skill-building.
At OTGS, we also place great importance on character development and ethical leadership. We see school not just as a place for learning but as a foundation for life. Through values-based education and life lessons woven into daily interactions, we guide students to become thoughtful, responsible, and confident individuals.
Our dedicated and joyful educators take pride in welcoming each child with genuine warmth and care, embracing their unique personalities and potential. As a result, school life at OTGS radiates happiness, purpose, and the promise of excellence.
HOUSE SYSTEM
OTGS = Orchid | Tulip | Gladiolus | Snowdrop
Every student becomes part of one of our four vibrant houses— Orchid, Tulip, Gladiolus, and Snowdrop — reflecting the spirit and identity of OTGS itself.
ORCHID
TULIP
GLADIOLUS
SNOWDROP
We encourage a spirit of healthy competition, teamwork, and camaraderie through our House System. Each house is led by a House Coach and a House Captain, who work together to motivate and guide their members with enthusiasm and leadership.
Students participate in various inter-house events, especially in sports, games, and physical challenges, where teams compete in a supportive and energetic atmosphere. These events help students develop not only athletic skills but also discipline, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
At OTGS, our goal is to instill values of sportsmanship, leadership, and unity—and the house system provides a vibrant platform for students to grow, shine, and cheer each other on.
